Information now appears with a click. Overseas friends are part of our daily lives. And even grandma loves Wii. But what are we missing when we are behind screens? And how will this impact our children, our society, and eventually, our planet? The program unplugs a group of teens and brings them on their first wilderness adventure, to help them discover their inherent relationship to the land. Experts including David Suzuki weigh in on how twenty-first century use of the screen and media has largely stripped children of experiences with nature and play that provided a sense of wonder and learning situations in past generations.
