"Contains twenty-two dilemma cases based on the experiences of beginning and veteran teachers who teach exceptional learners in inclusive classrooms in elementary and secondary schools. The dilemma cases are challenging, realistic situations without obvious right answers that will stimulate teacher candidates to think like teachers while they discuss specific aspects of teaching. For candidates without practicum experience, case discussions will serve as preparation to meet these challenges in a classroom. Difficult topics such as issues of equity, cultural diversity, child abuse, and Asperger syndrome are discussed"
