Just cresting her thirties, Anna Lasko is a frustrated high school teacher whose almost ex-boyfriend, Adam, is away on temporary assignment in Europe. Her meddling girlfriends and quirky family intervene, and Anna takes to smoking, therapy and counsel with her backyard squirrel in order to cope.
