Pt.1 Canada has long been seen as a source of water, particularly by our neighbours to the south. This program looks at the issues surrounding the export of Canadian water. What is the state of our legal and moral obligations to sell our water? -- Pt.2 With the United States, especially California, facing increasing water shortages and drought, eyes are looking north. The feasibility of diverting water from the Great Lakes, The Hudson's Bay and Alaska are explored. Does Canada have "surplus" water to sell, or share, and are we legally/morally obligated to do so?
